There's nothing we enjoy more than personalizing the details to match the theme of your (or your child's) special day!

We can accommodate up to 20 children/persons (ages 5 and up).

We ask that a few parents stay and enjoy the party for children ages 5-7 years old. This helps our younger guests receive additional assistance in performing the creative tasks we give; plus parents share in the fun!

For children 8 years old and up, parents' presence is optional and welcomed, but at least one adult (party host) must be present.

For children 16 years old and up, parent presence is simply needed to check in and out, but welcomed to stay for the entire party.

We are located in the center of the Village Court Plaza, with plenty of parking available.

We know how busy it is being a parent to little ones, so we want to make the experience just as fun for you, and just as easy!

Simply drop off your themed decor, activities, and such the day before - and when you arrive to party with your child, you simply have to sit back and enjoy along with your guests!

Parties will be privately hosted in the back as our storefront is open to the public.

Here at Crumby Art, we love exploring creativity with all things sugar alongside sparkly eyed creators! Birthday parties at our bakehouse are full of laughs and hands on fun as artists fill in the blanks of their sweet canvases with fondant, frosting, glitter and sprinkles!

- What is the minimum of children needed to host a party?

A: To host a cookie, cupcake or cake decorating party, there must be a minimum cost of $150.

     For baking & decorating parties, there is a minimum cost of $200.

- Can we bring more children to the party?

A: We can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests per party. We ask that only children participating in the class be present at the time of the party. If 12 or more children join the party, the birthday child is Free!

    We must know the final count of participants attending, one week prior to the party.

- What age can parents drop off?

A: We ask that if the party primarily hosts ages 7 and under, that at least 1 adult (in addition to the party host) be present.

    Ages 8 and up require only the party host be present. 16 and older need only party host to check in and out.

    All baking parties will require a parent/guardian consent form to participate.

- Can our decorating lesson be themed?

A: Absolutely! We encourage the birthday child to pick a theme to base their decorating parties on. However, it is not mandatory. 

- Where is the party held?

A: The party is held in our bakehouse/ storefront after business hours for a very personal experience. Baking parties are held in our licensed kitchen after business hours.

- Do I have to bring anything?
A: You do not have to bring anything if you choose not to. We supply all tools and ingredients for the lesson portion of the party. If you'd like to decorate for a theme, you are welcome to bring plates, hanging banner, balloons and tablecloth. 

If you are providing snacks, food & drinks, you will need to bring your own napkins, plates, etc.

- What flavors can we choose from?

A: Flavors are not optional. Cupcake parties include 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate per participant. Cookie parties include 6 of our original sugar cookies and 2 macarons (assorted flavors) per participant.

- What about allergy friendly & gluten free?

A: If your child or one of your guests requires a special dietary need, we are happy to accommodate. Gluten free or dairy free baking incurs a $5 surcharge per child.

- What is your cancellation policy?

A: Crumby Art is frequently used for our classes & special events. It is recommended that you reserve your party date at the soonest time possible as we do book up quickly.

A Non-Refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance may be paid on the party date. You can reschedule the party date up to 30 days prior to the original reserved date. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event may result in deposit forfeiture and/or additional charges to cover expenses incurred.
